Small items are taken by appointment only. Furniture items are taken upon availability of space.

I agree to consign my items with Consignment Goods, hereby referred to as "CG". I agree to consign with "CG" for a minimum of 60 days and not more than 90 days. I understand that checks are mailed monthly. I agree to let "CG" reduce by 10% the price of every item that has not sold within the first 30 days. After 60 days, "CG" will reduce the price of any unsold item(s) another 10%.

Upon 90 days, any unsold item(s) that have not been picked up by the "pick up" date stated on the "CG" printed inventory sheet(s) will become the property of "CG" for purpose of sale, donation, or disposal, and by accord, any such item left for 90 days or more, is considered by both parties to be abandoned and further understood will be treated as mentioned above at the discretion of "CG" without any further communication by "CG".

Timely receipt of a printed inventory sheet, with confirmed sale prices, is the responsibility of the consignor, and therefore any claim to pricing not immediately corrected at the point of consignment is waived by the consignor. "Time is of the essence" with reference to receipt of an inventory sheet. Any item dropped off and not priced immediately is left to be priced at the discretion of "CG" and no claim will be made against "CG" for any price of an item sold if not reflected on an inventory sheet, and further, no verbal claim can be made or considered binding by either party with regard to pricing of items not immediately entered into inventory and reflected on said inventory sheet. Any items not on the inventory sheets of "CG" are understood not to be at "CG" or in the care of "CG".

I affirm that I have complete title to the merchandise consigned and that I will not hold "CG" responsible for any claim of title to said merchandise. I understand that "CG" assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to consigned merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause, whether in the store, or being transported to or from the store on a store truck or by 3rd party mover. I hereby release "CG" of all such claims and fully understand that I will maintain my own insurance to cover any such claim.

This contract will be good for any future consignment of goods, until a new contract is offered by "CG" and then that new contract will be valid from that point forward.

It is also understood that there are no verbal agreements made contrary to this contract, and that any such claim will be avoided by signing below and thereby releasing "CG" of any claim to a verbal contractual agreement. Any agreement with "CG" is reflected in this contract and only this contract.

A $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from each check for administrative costs.
